We ship normal shipments ground, larger shipments UPSGWF (UPS Ground with Freight) and freight with several different freight companies to give you the best price.
2. Are these sublimation blank mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?
a: Yes they are. All of Dyecraft Direct’s ceramic sublimation mugs are rated for 10,000 washes with a certificate available on request. All of our ceramic sublimation mugs are microwave safe.
3. What's the best temperature and press time for printing on 11oz ceramic mugs?
a: With typical mugpresses you will see 4-5 minutes at 400F. With Dyecraft Direct’s JTSB06 mug press we expect 3-4 minutes. Dyecraft Direct’s press starts at a standby of 350F, raises it to 380F and counts down for 60-75s.
4. Do these sublimation mugs come individually boxed or in case packs?
a: Most of Dyecraft Direct’s mugs come by the case of 36 unless otherwise noted. All cases of mugs are shipped double-boxed with foam corners in accordance with packaging guidelines from UPS/FedEx. All exterior boxes are rated boxes with certified crush weights. Peanuts may be added for a nominal fee. We have found that these shipping methods minimize breakage in shipping.
