$5.00 per printed mug transfer.
Each quantity ordered equals one printed transfer.
Quantity 1 = one transfer.
Quantity 5 = five transfers.
Quantity 25 = twenty-five transfers.
Order one or hundreds—there is no minimum quantity.

How Ordering Works
Place your order on our website.
Select the total number of mug transfers you need.
Email your print-ready PDF and online order number to info@dyecraftdirect.com.
Once we receive your order number and correctly prepared artwork, your order can move into production.
Artwork and Quantity Requirements
Each page in your PDF must contain one mug transfer design. The total number of transfers requested must match the quantity purchased.
You may order one design repeated or multiple different designs. If you want the same design repeated, include the number of copies needed in your email.
For example:
Order five transfers: submit five pages, or one page with instructions to print five copies.
Order twelve transfers: submit twelve pages, or specify repeat quantities totaling twelve.
If your artwork or copy instructions do not match your purchased quantity, we will contact you. Production will remain on hold until the discrepancy is resolved.

Margin Requirements
Keep all artwork within a ¼-inch margin on all sides of the PDF page.
Files that do not meet the size or margin requirements may delay processing. Check your mug’s printable area before ordering.
Color Setup Recommendations
Prepare your document using:
Primary color mode: RGB
Rendering resolution: 300 dpi
RGB profile: sRGB IEC61966-2.1
Rendering intent: Perceptual
If your file uses a different resolution, please notify us in your email.
Copyright Agreement
By placing your order and submitting artwork, you confirm that you own the artwork or have permission or a license to reproduce it.
We will not print copyrighted artwork unless you have the right to use it. You accept responsibility for the content submitted. We reserve the right to refuse artwork that may violate copyright or trademark rights.
Color and Print Disclaimer
Files are printed exactly as submitted. We do not edit, resize, or color-correct artwork.
Colors may vary due to screen differences, the mug used, and heat application. Exact color matching is not guaranteed.
Before Production
Your order will not be processed until:
Your order has been placed online.
Your PDF artwork has been emailed.
Your order number is included.
Your artwork and requested copy quantities match the quantity purchased.
Refund and Responsibility Policy
All prints are custom-made to your submitted file specifications. All sales are final unless there is a manufacturing defect.
We are not responsible for customer-supplied low-resolution files, incorrect sizing, margin issues, spelling or design errors, or color differences described above.
