DecoSparkle Red HTV 19in x 15ft

DecoSparkle® Red vinyl is the perfect HTV for creating faux rhinestones with a brilliant color.  It is extremely resistant to abrasion and keeps its form; neither stretching nor layering.  This offers a more durable and permanent transfer than Rhinestones.  Also perfect for creating ruby slippers.

DecoSparkle® films are thicker and require extra pressure from the knife to cut cleanly.

• This product cannot be used on nylon.
