Shipping Guide
Same Day Shipping Guarantee: All orders for in-stock items placed before 4:00 pm EST will ship the SAME DAY (business days only).
Handling Fees: DyecraftDirect charges NO handling fee for Customer Pickup orders placed over the phone. All online orders are exempt from the handling charge.
Shipping Errors: Additional delivery charges due to customer error (i.e. wrong address or zip code) or change will be billed directly to the customer.
Damage: By default DyecraftDirect is not liable for damages beyond $100 per package incurred as accidents. DyecraftDirect may elect to issue credit, refund or reship as a result of damage up to $100. DyecraftDirect is not liable for loss of package from acts of God or porch piracy. The option exists for a declared value beyond the $100 per package default; we strongly recommend people use that option for valuable shipments.
Tracking: Please provide a valid e-mail address when ordering. Once the order is placed, we will send out an email confirmation for your review and, after the order is shipped, we will use this email to send you a tracking number. The email will also assist us in contacting you should a problem arise with your order. We make every effort to contact you concerning issues with an order to ensure the speediest and most accurate shipping possible.
International Orders: All orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and APO addresses are shipped by the method that gives YOU the best rate. ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAY BE ADJUSTED TO INSURE ACCURATE SHIPPING COSTS. We will confirm a new order total with you if the shipping total INCREASES. Order tracking is usually not available for APO and FPO addresses. You may call us to get the shipping date in those instances.
